Who Are We?
Comments?

If you're in the mood for energy, I recommend a regular energy drink.

This is kind of a weird article, but I felt compelled to do it because I am thankful that I no longer feel like Michael Moore on a hunger strike (which is bad.)

This article will actually be VERY SHORT; I just wanted to tell you what NOT TO DO.

DO NOT DO THIS.

Ok, so last night, I had a whole bunch of work and I wanted to get a headstart on other stuff. I thought about it, and I knew I wouldn't even finish my mandatory work until like 3am (bad side of naps, but I still love them.) I actually felt good staying up for a such a long time (I finished at like 4 and I slept great.)

I woke up, a bit tired, I didn't really care because I had finished a lot of stuff. When the day ended, I felt sleepy and I was getting ready for my nap.

But, out of sheer stupidity, I thought it would be nice to try one of those really small energy drinks (in this case AMP by Mountain Dew) the cans which resemble Red Bull, in which you store every vitamin, carbohydrate, protein, calorie, herbs you've never heard of and a deck of playing cards into an extremely small bottle just so you get a sudden burst of energy.

So I was eating and having some of that AMP stuff, and it tasted good but the aftertaste was disgusting (that's all of those foreign herbs and crap; call me ginko-Maximus) But I forked it down anyway because I payed 2.00 for it (bastards...)

I couldn't sleep even though I was sleepy because of that stupid drink so I decided to go outside for about half an hour and occasionally finishing up the drink which still tasted horrible. So I go back inside with the finished can and eat a doughnut, which was not so bad. I still had the taste of AMP in my mouth, so I decided to have some trusty diet coke, AND THIS IS WHERE THINGS WENT HORRIBLY WRONG.

I'd like to think of this as a marketing scheme to make sure that you don't buy any competitors to AMP, because when those two chemicals mixed, I practically keeled over. So there I was, unable to sleep, feeling like crap for about an hour; then I finally slept and woke up. Felt bad for about half an hour and then ate some tylenol and I' m still recovering a bit.

Anyway, this is an informative post. Do not mix these together: not much sleep, going outside, AMP and Diet Coke, especially the last two.

If you want energy, go drink Gatorade and Powerade (especially Powerade.)
