The funkiness of the frames.

You mighta been here earlier, just to see a promise that the article might be written earlier. Okay, I admit, it took a while, but here it is.

So basically, the story is, we've run across some problems with this website. Though I knew not to expect much from free web hosting, I didn't expect what actually occurred. Our old site was also located at this domain, but after some tinkering with frames, the Site Builder thingamajig stopped working. Go figure.

After loads of frustration, I was finally able to get a new domain and tirelessly transcribe all the articles there. Actually I copied and pasted, but it was still a pain in the ass. Anyway, later, I figured out a way to use this domain again, deleting a whole bunch of stuff I probably could have used again on accident, thus requiring me to copy it all over again into this new domain. Needless to say, it's taught me a few things, and it's also given me the chance to spice the site up again- notice the awesome green thingie that lights up when you move your mouse over the navigation bar thin on the left- yup, that's all me, baby. Not to mention the fact that the home page automatically scrolls down to avoid the ads... awesomeness, no?

Okay, so it was a pain, but I think I'm satisfied with the result. However, a lesson has been learned. By me. So take it into consideration. Don't mess with the frames when you use the Site Builder thing to make things faster- the Site Builder thing is in a frame itself. Yup. I'm sure you can guess. Messy results.

Okay, I've gotten really hungry, and it seems like dinner's ready now, so I'm getting the heck away from this computer and down to eat until my ass is the size of Uranus. Heh, heh. Uranus. Uranus is lopsided. Yup. Pretty gross.
